Daniel L. Goldberg
Since co-founding Bridge in 1998, Mr. Goldberg has had a principal role in corporate planning,
investor relations, asset acquisition and the oversight of the diverse group of companies and assets
comprising the Bridge portfolio.
With a wide range of experience in financial analysis as well as acquisition / disposition
strategies, Mr. Goldberg serves as a Managing Member of the Appleton, and Bridge-Focus hotel
ventures, including Splash Universe, in addition to his asset management of the Bridge real estate
portfolio. He serves on the Board of the PV Media Group and is the principal advisor and consultant
to the Pompei Restaurants operating company.
He holds a B.S. from the University of Michigan.
Robert J. Goldberg
Robert J. Goldberg in 1976 co-founded Goldberg Kohn, one of Chicago's premier mid-sized law firms.
During his more than 30 years practicing law, Mr. Goldberg specialized in private equity placements
and complex commercial transactions, active also as an author and speaker on various topics related
to his practice.
Since his co-founding of Bridge, Mr. Goldberg has been active in business planning and development,
investor relations, and oversight of tactical and strategic deal planning, bringing to Bridge his
seasoned transactional skills.
He holds a B.A. cum laude from Cornell University and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law
School.
Steven B. Jarmel
Mr. Jarmel has ten years of operational and acquisition experience with business
services companies, working in investment banking and corporate development and serving as an
investor and Board member within the industry. As an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin &
Jenrette (later Credit Suisse First Boston), he worked extensively with Information Resources, Inc.
(IRI), a Chicago-based market research company, and then joined IRI in an operational role. At IRI,
Mr. Jarmel directed corporate development and was involved in the sale of the company. After
IRI, Mr. Jarmel joined Lake Capital, a private equity firm focused on business and marketing
services firms where he completed several transactions.
Since joining Bridge Investments, Mr. Jarmel led the investment in Prime Visibility and AdOn Network
and serves as the Chairman of Prime Visibility Media Group. He also supports other Bridge portfolio
companies and actively seeks new platform investments in service-based businesses.
He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BSM from Tulane University.
Roger L. Schoenfeld
After graduating from Indiana University, summa cum laude, with a B.S. in
Accounting Mr. Schoenfeld earned his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center. He practiced
real estate and corporate law at the Goldberg Kohn firm before becoming an owner and the chief
operating officer of a group of manufacturing businesses. Most recently, prior to becoming a
Principal of Bridge, Mr. Schoenfeld had been an investment banker specializing in mergers and
acquisitions.
James M. Florsheim
An advisor and consultant to the firm, Mr. Florsheim brings considerable
experience to Bridge's business planning and equity placement efforts. He formerly served as Senior
Vice-President and Director of Chicago Corporation and as a Senior Vice-President of ABN AMRO. Mr.
Florsheim holds a B.A. from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
